Vitamin D

Last winter my Vit D level was at 14 and my doctor gave me a 50,000 iu Vit D-2 pill to take. Unfortunatly it made me very sick.
Heart palpatations, thyroid enlargement among other things, believe me it was not good. So I had to increase in increments of
400 iu's until I was up tp 2000 iu's a day. It took 3 months to get to level 41. I took a little break over the summer and my joints started snapping and the general muscle weakness started taking over again. I'm starting the Vit D with a multi Vit now so that when the winter months get here I won't feel like I'M DRAGGING MYSELF AROUND....I take organic whole food vitamins. I also take extra magnesium when I remember (LOL) and I think I'll take cod liver oil this winter, so I can continue to work out and stay on track with my weight loss. I also took a melt away B-12 this morning that my boyfriend gave me and WOW what a difference it made in my work out!!!!

Anyone else have a Vit D def.....
