C25K? Forgot to set HRM...

Forgot to set my HRM for my first day of C25K, bummer. Dumb enough, didn't think to count how many walking sessions there were and jogging sessions. Anyone able to help me? I know there is one 5 minute warm up and one 5 minute cool down, just don't know how many times I jogged and how many times I walked. Did C25K from the podcast and I did not stop at all during the workout. Thanks

If you go to the Podrunner website and find what week you're on, you can press the Play symbol to see how many walking/running intervals there are.0
