My BMR is something like 1400, but myfitness has me netting 1200/day (obviously more on days that I exercise). Is that too low?

You're going to get many opinions. It depends. You don't look like you have a lot to lose, so your deficit should be smaller.
I have 60 lbs left to lose. I sometimes eat under my BMR, but I take breaks every 8-12 weeks and eat at maintenance to recover from the aggressive deficit.0 -
Considering you dont have much to lose i would either recommend either eating 20% below tdee or aiming for 1 lb per week and eat back 50% of your exercise calories. There is no scientific studies that suggest eating below your bmr is bad but common sense says if you eat below it, your body will adjust and burn less calories. Additional you increase the chances of losing muscle mass.0
