Calorie goal + calories burned question

If i have a goal of eating 1500 and then I burned 300 calories working out---are you suppose to factor in the calories burned and bump up your intake for the day to 1800? Hopefully my question is clear. I've been doing P90X and not factoring in calories burned...just curious if I'm taking in to few calories because sometimes I feel myself feeling burnt out.

How is your water & protein intake before and after working out ?

Generally you should eat those calories back. MFP thinks your going to going eat those calories back.

Yes. If you burn more from exercise you get to eat more. Good isn't it?
