The photo on the left was taken about 2 months before I started dieting at 115kg. The photo on the left is after 1 month of dieting and drinking strictly only water and 3 weeks of exercising 5 days a week before breakfast now at 108kg.
Do you guys see any improvements? also those lines under the love handles, can anyone tell me what these are?

The lines on your belly? Those are stretch marks. Welcome to my world haha.
You look great though! The red lines will fade to silver in time. Mine have.0 -
If you are talking about the area right above the waist of your shorts, that is muscle and or bone poking through.0

When you gain weight fast your skin stretches at the surface but tears underneath. Women get that sometimes when pregnant. You can get it with any rapid weight gain though.
When you lose weight they can show up more for a while, but they really will fade until they almost disappear.
You look, btw, fantastic. Congratulations!0 -
I hope the stretch marks fade haha. thanks heaps
I was talking about the lines on the waist that are sort of diagonal hoping that they are a good thing lol. Thanks for your reply0 -
the diagonal lines are a good thing, if they are what I think they are and not a shadow. Women here go ga-ga over those, but I'm like 200 lbs from having those... and my stretch marks will make yours look like artistic decoration when I get to my goal.0

Just stick with it!0

well hopefully in a few months time they will be more defined thanks and goodluck0 -
Those diagonal lines along your hips? Those are hip flexors. When developed, they are one of the sexiest things on the male body.
The hip flexors distracted me. Edited to add: I can see more definition along the top of your abs too, just under your chest. You can really see the muscles starting to form.0 -
I was hoping it could be flexors but I didn't want to get my hopes up too high haha. Thanks for your reply I'll stick to it0

yes and after just a month :0 you can see the 'v' at your hips and your waist looks way more defined below your chest! As for the lines (stretch marks because you have lost weight) if they bother you use Bio-oil on them will make a huge difference! Well done, Keep it up!0

Boom! They are your Brad Pitts0

elephant trunk lines i call them! and as mentioned already, they are really really hot so stick with what you're doing because they'll only get better!!
the only other thing i was going to point out, and can see someone else has mentioned it too, is to use bio-oil on your stretch marks if they're bothering you. it's great for improving the appearance of them and will kick-start the natural process of them going silvery rather than red.
well done, and keep up the good work! x0 -

That is what some females affectionately call "the Happy Trail." It's a good thing.
...you totally read that in Martha Stewart's voice.0 -
I see a new opening line when meeting women.... "Excuse me Miss, Can you tell me what this is"? Brilliant! I bet it actually might work!0

Thanks for all your responses.0
