you eat like bad food like chips n choc and stuff even if your within your cal goal? as i strugle with this i feel guilty eating what i cal bad foods :(

You feel guilty because you are labeling them "bad"... label them "good" or at least "ok"... or if you insist on calling them bad, then just don't eat them!

I don't feel bad when I ruin my diet. Most of the time I do it on purpose, like a month or weeks of planning. I set a particular day and a particular food, usually I get pizza (Papa John's - the works), 4 slices, that's more than a thousand calories and then I say to myself "that should boost my metabolism" **pats myself on the head.. Lol

remember that is a lifestyle change! what will probably happen is that your body naturally stops craving these foods anyways but dont deny yourself of them if they fit in your day! or even if they sometimes dont fit in your day.

I don't think of foods as good or bad. If they fit in my calories and my macros, it's all good. It's about controlling what I do not demonizing foods. I had wine with dinner last night and a little ice cream after. No problem and nothing to feel guilty about. Thinking of foods as good and bad can lead to guilt and an unhealthy relationship with food.

Not at all. I frequently eat chips with sandwiches and still have ice cream some nights during the week. I don't believe I need to give these up to lose weight. In fact, I've proven it to myself.
