Totally Weird but Crazy Awesome NSV!!

So I posted a new picture of myself (full body) on my Facebook....and a girl I went to highschool comment on how good I looked and asked if I had surgery to lose that much weight(67lbs)...she was shocked when I said no just changed my eating habits...makes me proud that I could do it with hard work and determination!!

Why is it that people assume you've had surgery if you've lost lots of weight. You should be so proud of your achievement!

I think some people find it hard to believe someone can lose more than 50 pounds without surgery. It's kind of sad, really, and shows just how much TV doctors have brainwashed people into thinking they have to eat like birds and exercise two hours per day to lose weight.

When I hit my goal weight, I plan to buy something here:

Excellent :) Keep it up! It's truly a great success knowing you accomplished this with your own dedication. I think it's the little NSVs like these that keep the motivation to continue on high :)
