Week 3 August 5 - 174 (down 3, but is actually a week and a half. I had used Mondays weight)

Week 5 August 19 - Not weighing in
Week 6 August 26 -168.2 (if I lose 1.2 in the next 5 days I hit my first mini goal)

Week 7 September 2 - 167.5 ( I am going to consider that a mini goal made)Labor Day is Monday

Well I didn't make my initial weight goal of 135. But I did lose 25 pounds. I am really close to the 140's and I finally have a healthy BMI. :happy: To all the people that took this challenge, thanks for the inspiration and motivation.

I am at 184 this morning. I must be retaining a ton of water because yesterday I was at 182. I did not lose weight on this challenge but I did get the motivation to work out at least 5 days a week. New goal going into the New Year is to start running and do a 5K this summer!0
