first time doing this

hello people im new here and this is my first time doing anything like this. i would like to finay get into good physical shape looks wise. i think I am in fairly good shape.but just not toned up..and iv never been able to achive this. i dont no the first thing of how to go about doing this and would like it if someone could help me.. i started doing 100 crunches a day in one go. not sure what this will do if i continue with it.though.
