Made this yesterday, just had it tonight for dessert, and it was SO. GOOD. omg. If you're a banana pudding fan, you have to try this.

Ingredients:

Lucerne (or other brand) light banana yogurt, 1 container
Half a banana, sliced.1 Jello sugar free butterscotch pudding (the kind on the shelf, not the refridgerator kind)
Reduced fat nilla wafers

Optional:
Reddi wip fat free whipped cream
Low cal caramel sauce

Get a small tupperware container with a lid, and lay down three reduced fat nilla wafers. In a seperate bowl, mix 1container (the single serving ones) light banana yogurt with half a container jello butterscotch pudding. Slice half a banana into slices (what else would you slice it into?) and stir gently into yogurt/pudding mix, the pour over nilla wafers and cover. Let sit at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.

To serve, just take out of the fridge a half hour early to let the chill go away a bit, remove lid, and add a squirt of fat free whipped cream (reddi wip fat free is only 5 calories for two tablespoons-its amazing, i cant live without it-for 15 cals you can have a big fluffy mound of whipped cream (and it actually tastes good) on your pudding. Add a drizzle of lowcal caramel sauce, and you're good to go. I wish i'd taken a pic-i might make another one tonight and have it tomorrow, if i do i'll take a pic.

Calories-255

Calorie breakdown:

Yogurt: 110
Reduced fat Nilla wafers-3 for 45 cals
Sliced bananas-i didnt even use a whole half a banana i dont think. Just say. 45 cals
Half container butterscotch pudding (makes it creamier and sweeter and takes away that tangy yogurt taste) 30
Whipped cream-15
Caramel sauce*-1/2 tablespoon 10

*caramel sauce- i use a custom blend of my own making-half Walden Farms calorie free caramel syrup, and half Torani sugar free caramel sauce (not syrup). Torani is 40 cals per tablespoon, cut with calorie free Walden Farms its 20 cals per tablespoon, and still tastes amazing.
