Hi
Squats lunges etc are good for those, try utube for exercises, lots on there and they are free!0 -
Kettlebells! Great for the whole body but i particularly notice changes in those areas using mine.

Toning = losing fat to expose muscle.
losing fat = losing weight + retaining muscle
losing weight = maintaining a calorie deficit
retaining muscle = eating right + lifting
So... maintain a moderate calorie deficit with proper macros and lift. Squats and deadlifts are great for targeting those areas, but compound lifts in general give the most bang for your lifting buck.0 -
im hoping to get some kettle bells when i finally get some money lol my brother whos a right gym freak says they are good for muscle and cardio lol xx0
