Confused about daily cal goal

Hi,
Myfitnesspal has worked out I need about 1900 cals aday for steady weight loss, I'm 6ft 4in & 21st 10lbs, I am eating very well with plenty of greens etc but find it hard to get to 1600/1700 cals aday & after my daily walks at around a hour myfitnesspal removes about 350cals off my daily intake so I'm only having about 1200 cals aday.
I don't want to eat more because I feel satisfied but am worried I might loose weight too quick & start eating my muscle away.
Any comments would be a great help.
Thanks

If you want more cals there is a few good foods that are higher in calories like avocado, dense grainy breads, peanut butter, banana0

My husband is also not eating enough calories-says he's not hungry. He's already starting to sag from the too quick weight loss-not very appealing.
You could try and add some more protein (or protein powder, dried fruit, and heart healthy oil...0
