KANGAROO OPEN BURGER

298 Calories! Great meal for lunch or Dinner!

1 Kangaroo Burger Patty
3 Mushrooms
1/4 Onion Sliced
2 Slices of Tomato
1 Slice of 100% Rye Bread
Extra Light Virgin Olive oil Spray
1 Egg Yolk & 2 Egg Whites (can have both whole eggs)
METHOD:

Cook the Kangaroo Burger patty in a pan with a bit of oil, slice up the mushrooms and onion and add to the pan.
Scramble your eggs together and cook on high in the microwave for 1 min stir then cook for another 30secs.
Toast the bread.
Add the egg on the Bread followed by the Kangaroo Patty, then top with your mushrooms and onion.. Finally slice up your tomato and place on top... Add a bit of cracked pepper for flavour.
