Daily calorie goal - please help!

I updated my goals page - upped the targeted workouts and kept the goal of weight to lose the same. MFP put me down 50 calories per day. Does that make sense?? Does it just mean that it's fitting the goals to my weightloss and that I should eat extra for the workouts I do? I am puzzled.....

Also I am just wondering - my BMR is rated at 1839 calories but my daily calorie goal is 1550 - thus a 2000 calorie deficit in eating every week. Any exercise comes as a plus to that. I am tall (6").

Just can't help wondering if that's ok. I would really appreciate any help on this!
