Howdy there,
Just wondered how everyone was getting on with this Calorie Counting malarky.
I've never gone in for all this calorie stuff and only ever based my diets around fat intake, however I found an app on my phone and thought 'hey it can't hurt'. 2weeks in I've lost 12lbs but got another 51 to go.
Just wondered what people thought of the following:
How easy it is to stick to the allotted calories.
What's been the hardest part of this since you've started.
What's been the easiest part.
Is there one food which you've cut out and crave.
Final point does anyone find that because they're drinking so much water that they just don't feel hungry ?
