I use a small pan, spary lightly with pam cooking spray and then just cook the egg whites in the pan, like scrambled eggs. I usually add a slice of cheese on top. Sometimes I sautee some peppers and onions before I add the egg white to the pan. Then I eat them on a bagel thin or low cal bread. I like to add a slice of deli ham too. Makes a yummy breakfast sandwich! You can also add a tbsp of real bacon bits to the pan while cooking the egg white. So many things you can add to them!

I just learned how to remove the yolk. Thought I would share if anyone else had problems before. Crack your eggs into a bowl, take an empty water bottle, squeeze the water bottle slightly, place it gently over the yolk and release your squeeze. This will suck up the yolk and only the yolk.

That's a great idea. I've been doing the whole yolk-back-and-forth-in-the-shell method.
