NIce little NSV today

I had an annual cholesterol check today - won't get the results for a few days, but I asked to have my BP done as well, as a year ago it was "borderline". So today both figures (systolic & diastolic pressure) were down by 9 points each & I'm not "borderline" any more - I'm in the healthy range again. :happy:
