If you are a casual runner, running 15- 20 miles a week.. should you be changing your diet?
I have always have followed a low carb, high protein diet. But typically runners need more carbs... Any thoughts?

I'm about the same, I just make sure I get protien after a run, either a shake or a meal with eggs etc. For longer runs 6miles and above have slightly more carbs the night before, but I don't think it matters that much. I have a half marathon on Sunday and I am upping my carbs as of tomorrow and reducing protien and fat.0
