Exercise Database

I'm interested in strength training at home with resistance bands. I've printed off a great full body workout, have my bands, but have no idea how to count the exercises.
The exercises I've searched for on the database don't produce any hits, so I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to pull up just the strength training exercises on the list to view the whole strength list without having scroll through the entire list that is a mix of both cardio & strength. When I click the down arrow to browse it gives me everything listed. I've not tried to use the strength tracker yet, so thought perhaps some of you may know a short cut.
While I know these are only calorie burn estimates listed, I'd love to be able to get some credit for the workout while I save for a good HRM.
