returning member

Hello everyone. I was very active here until February when I had my third shoulder surgery. I am just getting active again and my goal is to lose 30 more pounds and to run a marathon on april 23 (40th birthday). Looking for any new friends who are regulars and have training tips. I know that I bike too much (5-6 hours per week on stationary bike 18 miles each hour) and dont run enough. Any other hints?
