Trying to find what works for me

I'm not eating enough, but full at the end of the day. I do drink water @ least 64oz a day! I've added more protein and less carbs I exercise daily! I have lost 4 inches in the belly and a inch in the hips, but not seeing the scale move??? Any suggestions??

4 inches is amazing. I say boo scale, yea tape measure. All that matters is how you look in your clothes or naked. Don't get stuck on a thought that the scale has to say a specific number for you to be doing good.0

Your right BOOOO scale! Im like you trying to hit my B-day feeling good about the way I feel in my own skin. Im trying to get off a couple yrs worth of bad habits in a matter of weeks. I realize this, but shoot i wanted to see a number change on that enemy in the bathroom! lol0
