3 egg whites
2 yolks - you can use 3 yolks as well it just depends on what macros you want
1/8 tsp cream of tartar or 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 ounces cream cheese - I used low fat but you can use full fat as well
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Separate the eggs and add cream of tartar (or baking powder) to the whites, and cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar (or baking powder until STIFF! Afterwards mix the yolks and cream cheese
Use a spatula and fold the egg yolk mix into the whites. Take it slow so you don't break down the whites.
Spoon the mix onto a sheet, should make 6 buns.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Take them out, let them cool down and enjoy!
Total macros all 6 buns - means there's about 37 calories in 1 bun.

Sounds similar to a soufflé.0

I've made these. A touch of garlic and herb like basil go a long way on these. They are a little blah, but great for sandwhiches or mini pizzas!! Make sure that the bowl and mixer/fork is completely dry or the egg whites won't fluff. They should be so stiff that you can turn the bowl upside down without them moving!0

They're ok. Also found all over the internet as Oopsie Rolls.
With full fat cream cheese it works out to 62 cals apiece, 1 g carb, 2 g protein, 5 g fat. Cream cheese has a small amount of carbs.0 -

I wish to bump your no carb buns. Yummmm.

They are good, called oopsie bread. Kinda look like English muffins, a little more gentle to the touch though. Keep them stored in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator.
You can even make them in the form of lady fingers and use to make tiramisu. Really nice.0 -
