I have year round allergies to probably a bunch of stuff, but right now is the worst time of year for me. Ever since Monday night my nose has been running, non-stop sneezing, tired, you name it. I take meds, but yesterday was feeling so sick I skipped the gym. I'm a teeny tiny bit better today, still feel like ****, and I hate missing the gym.
What would you guys do? Do those of your with allergies or asthma or some other type of breathing problem go to the gym on days your symptoms are acting up and if so, how do you modify? Or would you power through?
My gut is telling me to go, walk at a slower pace on the treadmill than I usually would (I'm a HIIT type of gal usually) and give my yoga/pilates fusion class a try.
