Is anyone doing some sort of weight loss competition? I remember someone putting it together a long time ago. I do have a goal, to lose 30lbs by mid november but i think it would be nice to have an incentive since i tend to go back and forth a lot.
I also found this site called HealthyWage.com which ppl can join if they wish to push themselves to lose.
