I've found that when comparing MFP's exercise calculator to my HRM, MFP tends to be a tad generous in it's calculations. I found another EC that looks like it might be fairly accurate. I'd be interested to see if others with an HRM keyed in a few values and how accurate they found the results. Could be a great resource for folks w/o HRM's or if you want to get an approximation for an exercise where you didn't wear your HRM.
