good exercise (not to late or it'll keep you up) will help. i swim around 6-7pm which makes me tired by 11-11:30pm and sleep IS super important to finding consistancy0

Dude I work a swing shift, fri days, sat/sun 2nd and mon/tues 3rds, talk about odd sleeping hours. best thing is like many say, make sure it is dark, cool with no distractions. if you can not clear your mind look into some meditation methods. Best of luck to ya. Ohh yea if all else fails Benedryl always works.0
