Working at home is a real challenge when you have constant access to everything....Anyone else struggle with this?

I used to think that too but I've been working at home for going on 8 years now and my perspective has changed some. I actually think it helps me make better choices Monday through Friday. I don't have to worry about coworkers wanting to go out to lunch, I don't have to worry about packing enough food for the day and need a small suitcase to carry it all, I don't have to worry about what I'm going to want to eat all day in the morning or even the night before and most of all, I can be a lot more creative with what I eat!

Case in point, today I whipped up a delicous and healthy lunch with some leftovers I had in the fridge and some added shrimp. Was able to walk downstairs and take the shrimp out of the freezer around 10 and cook it up when I wanted.

My point being that while it can be bad sometimes if there is a cake sitting on the counter that you can't seem to resist, I like that being in my own house lets me measure my food, have lots of options and decide what I want to eat at the time. It's a win to me!
