Hi everyone,
I'm new here--joined because I have a bet with a friend to run a 5k before Christmas (or I owe him a bottle of nice bourbon!), so I wanted to find a place to help me stay on track!
My fitness goals are build a healthier, fitter body so that I can live an even more adventurous life (and build muscle, lose a few pounds, and have fun along the way... rock climbing, sure! yoga on a paddle board, why not? dressing up to frolic at a fun run, sounds fun!).
So if you're training for a 5k, or are the type to be constantly trying new things, add me, and we'll inspire each other to have fun with this whole getting fit thing.
