Eating Out

I am half a pound away from getting into the next group of "10's". Tonight is my anniversary and I'm going to Ruth's Chris with my husband for the first time. I know that I dont eat this way every day so I should eat smart but not stress over it, but I really would like to hear any suggestions on what the best things to order are. I noticed the petite filet is 340 calories so I will more than likely be ordering that. Any suggestions before 7 would be great!!

    Eat smart... eat slowly and really take notice on how full you are. I would eat all my food because it was there and I paid for it but it does make a NICE lunch the next day! little filet on a salad. YUM! That's my suggestion... =) Most of all, ENJOY. =)
  • It's your anniversary! Make smarter decisions, but don't feel guilty about the calorie consumption. Remember, it's only one day. The worst you could do is set yourself back a couple days, but it will balance out. Enjoy :)
