Thought it might be useful for a thread with the recommended FREE internet fitness videos - post a link to ones that you have used and would recommend
Only rules are
- Must be FREE and in the public domain
- Must include a link to the video
- Must be full workout, longer the better - ie 2 min clip no use to anyone
- A couple lines on a short description and why you thought it was good would be very helpful, but optional
Here's my contribution to start things off:
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ve-WiQKi_W8
Don't really need to say much, Got us sweating, several levels, two models to follow - easy and hard and exercises nice an simple and straightforward. Even with my lack of coordination I could do it
Before anybody starts about copyright, these videos are often in the public domain on major sites (eg youtube) and the point in this thread is NOT to discuss the ethicality of this, but to recommend helpful and useful videos to others, which in itself promotes that video and is free viral marketing. So I hearby ban talk about this!

I think you may have misunderstood what "public domain" means. :ohwell:0
