I've been working out M-F for the last 26 days (I take the weekends off) and my family and I are going out of town and I was planning my workouts/meals and such....Well my husband, who has been my rock and greatest supporter, tells me "Its vacation don't worry about it" I looked at him and without missing a beat I said "That is no excuse. I've come to far to let it all go for a week" He looked at me with such pride and affection....I can't believe I said that but I meant it.
