Hey everyone... steve from Texas here... I'm the guy who has always made fun of people who make resolutions, but after turning 45 last year it appears my metabolism has.... uh.... changed a bit... so I'm back to the gym... I feel awesome already.. good luck and happy holidays to everyone.... yay!!:flowerforyou:
