    26 here, Just finished my first week and lost 6 pounds! (sounds alot but I always loose weight quick in the first week, still great for a boost!) Love this app... makes me much more aware of what Im eating, taking the lighter options etc and actually getting off my *kitten* and doing exercise willingly for the first time in my life!
