Tone up and Gain weight

I have been trying to loose weight for the last few years and i ended up loosing 39lbs not by eating better but from not eating often, so right now i am 5'6 and weight 129lbs I would like to gain 10lbs because I do not want to look skinny. I seeking advice on how to tone up and gain at the same time WITHOUT losing anymore weight. I have started to jog 2x a week for 20-30mins because i do not wish to lose anymore weight. My stomach is the only area that stil has a little fat, i would like to tone it up. thanks in advance
