I logged like 120 minutes of walking leisurely and it said I burned like 500 calories

I would like this answer to.
I walked 60 minutes on the beach and Im not sure this would be the same as walking on a solid surface (like a sidewalk).0 -
For me, they seem to be. When I walk, I use and app called Cardio trainer that logs how far and what speed, and maps my walk. It also has calories burned, and the calories it says I burn and what MFP says are usually within about 5 calories of each other0
