Calories after being sick

So, I am sick today. Means hardly keeping any food down. How many calories do you normally consume after being sick? Do you go right back to your goal calories or do you raise your calories to make up for the missed calories while sick?

I just go back to normal after being sick... I also don't log when I'm sick and I'll eat whatever I can keep down even if it isn't the most healthy balanced food ever.

I'm sick now. No nausea but I can't taste anything so I'm not hungry. I would say go back to normal (or a slightly more bland version of normal). Just keep up on your fluids and you should be ok.

I just had a hernia repair and was terribly sick from the pain meds for several days. One day I was unable to keep much of anything down all day long. I logged anyway. And I have only slowly been able to get up to eating enough not to get the "scolding" about eating too few calories. Today I ate some extra fat and sugar calories just to get enough calories in, Hoping tomorrow I will be back to eating healthy and decent amounts.

I don't log when I'm sick, but if I was particularly ravenous when I started feeling better, and knew I wasn't eating while sick, I wouldn't have any qualms about going over. But I never really have any qualms about going over, because it always balances out.
