My name is daisy and im latina Im new on the message board, I've been here in this site for some quite while now. Two months ago I've been logging in what I eat and excercise. So far I have been active, I use to weigh 191 and now I weigh 172lbs im so excieted that im dropping pounds. Feel free to add me if u need any support, or a person who you can count on workingout together. Im currently doing brazil buttlift,p90x and a liitle of turbofire I like to mixing workouts alot. Remember anyone can loose weight if you set a goal and start eating healthy, always reward your self once in while when you drop pounds it can be a bathing suit, clothing ect. And its ok to eat junk food but in a small amount if you are craving for some.
