Gonna lose some fat and gain muscle!

Hey guys,
I used to be a person trainer but now I am just focused on my own health and fitness. So my goal is to create some nice lean muscle and burn some fat at the same time. I lift weights for 45 mins 5 days a week and I do cardio after every weight training session. I have decided to eat constant with RDA (2000 kcals) per day. Carbohydrate cap is 70g per day. So far I have lost 12 lbs. Looking for people/friends with similar goals!
