Open Diaries...Thank You!!!

To all those who share their food diaries and weight loss progress...thank you! When I've attempted to lose weight in the past, I've followed a very strick dieting routine. While I've seen great results at times, I would quickly fall back into bad eating patterns and regain all the weight I've lost. I've never learned how to maintain the weight loss.

Since joining MFP, I've spent time reading the message boards and looking at the food diaries...especially those who share their successes. Yes, you can have the occassional pumpkin spice latte and still lose weight. Yes, you can eat carbs and still lose weight. Moderation, maintaining a food diary, and exercise are three consistent themes I see in many postings. I think I finally have the right tools to be successful in my weight loss and maintenance journey. I hope to post my success story in the future. Thank you!
