Hi there.
After close to 12 years of no physical (athletic) activity, the pounds had creeped on to a recent 214 (a couple of years back, even to 223 lbs) for a 5'8" frame. I started mountain biking 2-3 hours worth every weekends over a month back + started cutting down on intake + had started this MFP lifestyle tab for 2 weeks and had already lost 18 lbs (2 months). I hope to persevere and continue to lose the weight to achieve my personal goal of dropping to the 130-140 lbs range.
Best of luck to all of us in achieving our personal goals. And hope to follow suite those who had completed their weight aspirations. This site rocks.
