I have dieted many times with no success. I have now changed for good and rid myself of all junk food. I am loosing weight rapidly but everyday I go over my allocated sugar and I'm not eating anything too bad. I never seem to go over calories or anything else.
Should I try stop this or because I'm still loosing weight and getting fitter not worry about it?
I have choc soy milk, 95g tuna and musli and milk and I'm over already on sugar.
Advice?
Thanks

Milk, yogurt & fruit are my main sources of sugar. If most of your sugar intake is from fruit I wouldn't worry about it. As long as it isn't from a bunch of processed crap I'd say you are fine.0

Sugar from fruit and milk is still sugar and can hinder weight loss. I switched to an unsweetened almond milk (vanilla) to knock out some of the added sugar in my diet. But, if you are losing weight and feel good, keep doing what you're doing!0
