Shrimp with Mini Piccolini Pasta and Yellow Squash

I tried a new recipe tonight and it turned out to be very tasty (my 12 yr old even liked it) and relatively healthy so I thought I'd share. Nutritional Info for the entire meal (including 2 oz cooked pasta (Barilla Mini Piccolini) and 1 TBS Parmesan cheese):

Shrimp with Mini Piccolini and Yellow Squash

2 TBS Olive Oil
1/2 C Onion, minced
1/4 oz (8 grams) Fresh Garlic, minced
2 tsp McCormick's Italian Seasoning
9 oz (255 g) Yellow Squash, chopped
1 lb 2 oz (325 g) Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent, add garlic and saute until nicely browned. Stir in squash and Italian seasoning, cook 10 minutes. Stir in shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Serve over pasta of your choice and top with Parmesan cheese.
