new to myfitness :)

hi everyone!

I'm 26 & actually a registered dietitian. I've always struggled with my weight and its finally time to do something about it. Although I know what I should be eating and calories I need to consume to lose weight since its my job, easier said than done. Its always been a mind game with myself and I finally feel like I can win this game. So far, this site has been working great to keep track of my caloric intake and I'm just taking it day by day.
