i was at 1200 and always felt hungry & would go over my goal
this week i upped it to 1400 and its funny because now that i know i CAN eat more, im not hungry.
i get to 1000 by the end of the day and am shocked that thats all ive eaten and have to find some way to fit in the rest of my calories

funny how that works

I was just the opposite. I lost 15 pounds at 1200 cals per day. I started exercising, and upped my calories just a bit. Now I'm hungry ALL the time. I'm going go with it for a while, but may take it back down.

I still have no clue what is the right way to do any of this. I'm working with a fitbit and don't know how many calories I should be eating back. I had lost a total of 14 lbs only to gain 3 of it back..(think it's gonna be TOM soon) but still I am so confused on all this eating back exercise calories. I am keeping myself at 1200 a day even on days I exercise.

My doctor told me that I could eat back 1/2 of my workout calories, but no more than 500 - Like I'm ever going to get 1000 workout calories in a day. That seem unobtainable to me at this point in my weight loss journey.

I am also on a 1200 calorie diet. I'm only allowed 20 fat grams a day - so I have to get creative and work at earning every one of those workout calories.
