If any of you have a second to look at some of my food log and exercise. Is there any major improvements I need to make to continue to lose a pound a week? Thanks!

What do you weigh now? Height? You may not be eating enough... Or you may be looking to lose 1lb a week when it's not realistic. The closer I've gotten to my goal, the less I lose each week.0

I'm seeing a lot of prepared foods in your diary. I'd suggest tracking sodium intake.0
