Not a health fanatic...

I'm by far a health fanatic, but have learned to eat a lot better. I try to balance better choices along with a few bad things. Sorry, I just can't give up some junk foods. I just eat everything in moderation. I thought I'd share a few things I have found that I never knew about until I started watching calories and this whole journey. I'd love to hear some other members food items they recommend.
Here are mine: josephs bakery flax seed wraps ( I get them at Walmart bread section) great for wraps, thin sandwich buns ( i never use reg bread now 100 cal ), blue bunny sugar free vanilla ice cream (taste awesome, and a lot less cals then regular ice cream), laughing cow cheese wedges, egg beaters instead of eggs, veggie chips (taste similar to reg potto chips and a lot less calories), great value sugar free ice cream sandwiches ( taste like reg ice cream sandwiches and low calorie for dessert), great value precooked bacon (20 cal slice), Greek plain yogurt(use instead of sour cream), smart ones quesedillas (taste good for frozen), also love spinach leaves and sprouts on sandwiches.
I'm not watching my sodium much nor sugar, Just calories and exercise...

I stopped my french bread addiction by switching to pita bread. Now I just bake them using a whole wheat/ rye flour variation I've been playing around with. Way better then store bought and you can sub them for just about everything. Hot dog buns, hamburger buns, burrito's and wraps. Super easy to do.0
