What do you all think of the Reebock Easy-Tone? I just spent $99 on the last pair at my local store! I hope they are worth it!

What are your experiences? Did you get some for Christmas?

I don't have them but I did read a review that they don't really do much "toning" but they are supposed to be really comfortable which hence makes you walk more, hopefully you will have good luck with them

Well you never know, doesn't hurt to try especially if you end up walking more!

I've heard that you need to walk at least 10,000 steps a day to see results.
But they do look super comfy.

Update! I wore them all weekend including... playing on my Wii Fit Plus for 1/2 hr on Saturday and moving two beds on Sunday. My butt and hamstrings hurt! Must be working.

When I switched from support shoes that had too much arch support to a neutral pair, my quads were really sore for a couple weeks! My stance originally had included supination in my ankles, which loaded the weight on my lateral (outside) quad group and put a lot of strain on my IT band. Now the weight is loaded directly, so it includes my medial (middle) quad groups. After a year of inappropriate shoes, this new loading made my quads really sore. But it doesn't 'tone' them. I will only gain definition from fat loss.

    Hi Everybody,
I got the sketchers variety of this type of shoe for my birthday in November so I've been wearing them faithfully for a little over a month now. The mind of course wants a quick fix.. but there's really no substitue for exercise and eating right! Go figure:laugh:
That being said I love my shoes and I did feel a slight ache in glutes and hamstrings. I have worn shoes that haven't been giving me enough support for years and had no clue. These are my "go to" shoes and I wish they had more variety that would be office appropriate. They took me about 2 wearings to adjust but after that , no problems at all. I wear them walking and for aerobic exercise too.

Hope that helps and make it a great day,
    Janet:heart:
