bicycle seat?

I have Bobike mini seats for our bikes right now, but our girls are at the max weight wise and I am trying to figure out what to do for a larger seats that are well rated that are available readily here. I would get Bobike Maxi for the rear but two will cost me $400 as I can't find them second hand anywhere. Our 7 year old rides, our 5 year old is only 38 lbs and doesn't have the balance yet for bicycling, 3 year old is 39lbs and then we have a year old.
