    Oh my gosh, I did not expect such a positive response! Thanks to all of you I really appreciate it! And as for the people asking me how I did it, Cardio, strength training, clean eating and LOTS of determination! I usually workout about 5 times a week. And don't forget to indulge once in a while and drink plentyyyyy of water :)

    There is no secret tip, unfortunately! But it is possible and it feels great seeing results!

    you look amazing! i'm a lot shorter than you (4'11) and i lost about 30lbs also, but your loss is way more noticeable than mine. it's so funny how weight loss affects everyone differently. you go girl!
