Hi guys. so i've been using this website for a a few weeks, and have been dropping weight as a result. However, i'm wondering if anyone has experienced hitting a plateau by eating the same number of calories a day.
My daily calorie goal is 1200 a day. I often stay under it or right around, but i'm wondering if my body is going to get used to this and stop me from loosing additional weight in the future.
Please let me know your thoughts! Or any ideas how to keep from hitting a "plateau."

Plateaus aren't caused by that - you should be fine.
Plateaus after successful loss are usually caused because people go back to their old habits without noticing. Don't worry until it happens.0
